Stay overnight
Parks Canada recognizes that being in nature provides important physical and mental health benefits. Going outdoors, including camping overnight, is a great way to maintain health and wellness, so long as everyone follows physical distancing practices. Please refer to our Covid-19 Camping Tips prior to booking your campsite. Reservations for trips between May 2021 and March 2022 will open in April, instead of January. This will give you more time to consider the latest COVID-19 measures. It may also help reduce the need for cancellations.
Easily accessed backcountry campsites are open and those interested in backcountry camping must call 709-458-2417 or email pc.grosmorne.pc@canada.ca for information on locations and how to reserve a backcountry campsite.
