You'll be charmed by the history of the site and its location in the heart of the Richelieu. The Saint-Ours Canal is a great place for a stroll, a picnic and for admiring the great views from Darvard Island. In addition to the present-day lock and the interpretation trail, you'll also see the remains of the first lock, the former home of the superintendent, the river dam and the Vianney-Legendre fishway. These attractions will surprise you by their rich history and remarkable ingenuity!
